What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ for ocean freight is 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (FCL, ~20–25 MT depending on product density). For trial orders or mixed spice shipments, we offer multi-product container consolidation.
What are your standard payment & trade terms?
We accept 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) from prime international banks or Telegraphic Transfer (30% T/T Advance, 70% against scanned Bill of Lading & export docs). We offer standard Incoterms: FOB, CIF, CFR.
Can you provide third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas)?
Yes. We regularly facilitate independent third-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or Cotecna at the port or warehouse before container sealing.
Do you support private label & OEM custom retail packaging?
Yes. We offer turnkey OEM private labeling in customized BOPP pouches, zip-lock stand-up pouches, non-woven bags, and master cartons with multilingual barcodes and nutritional labeling.
