At Pure Way Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
Please note that perishable items such as fresh produce, dairy, or any products that are close to expiry are not eligible for returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via info@purewayfood.com or call us at +91 8305620420 within 14 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if your return request is approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you have the return authorization, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product for faster processing.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item. Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@purewayfood.com.
